China Finance Talent Program
To Accelerate the Development of Future Finance Leaders
The China Finance Talent Program is to accelerate the development of future leaders in the company’s finance organization.
During this 2-year program, the candidates will rotate among different financial functions to gain better understanding of the overall organization and to better understand the business operations.
Walmart China is a business with 100k+ associates in a fast-change, energetic and growth market.
The company will offer meaningful technical and soft-skill learning opportunities, experienced and intellectual coaches and teammates, and the exposure to Senior Leadership team. The successful candidates will be offered a manager level positions after graduation from the program.
There are 3 rotations; each will be about 8 months in an assigned financial function. As a key member of each team, the candidate is expected to work closely with the team, understand the business operation, and develop financial analysis that will help drive business outcomes in order to make differences to the fast-changing and exciting business. The rotation will be among:
Financial Planning & Analysis
Business Finance Partner team
(Operation Finance, Merchandising Finance, Ecommerce Finance etc.)
Shared Service Finance
Graduates from well-known educational institutions
Degree in Business /Finance
Strong analytical skills, be able to make sound judgments in his/her expert areas
Problem solving capability
Able to communicate logically and clearly to various level of partners both in Chinese and in English
