Mission

Responsible for daily BPCS supporting to maintain a smooth running system, and perform continuous improvements to support the business.

Job description

1/ To solve user questions and problems regarding to BPCS and related applications.

2/ To track all issues and change requests.

3/ To support key users from different departments to work out proper working manual.

4/ To work together with key users to optimize business processes and follow-up the implementation in the ERP system.

5/ To develop and test small program modifications, with respect to quality procedures.

Experience requirements

1. Minimum 5 years experiences as an ERP support, preferably 2 years in multinational production enterprise. 2. Experience with AS/400 (including CL and RPG programming) is a plus.

3. Experience with BPCS and/or other ERP systems (like SAP) is a plus.

4, Experience with logistics, finance or manufacturing business processes is a plus.

Knowledge/Educational requirements

*Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT related studies.

*Knowledge of VB, SQL Server, Crystal Report.

*English working language.

* Strong communication skills and good understanding of how to handle cultural differences. * Strong service sense. * Self-motivated.
