WomenAtDior Progarm

Created in 2017, WomenAtDior is a unique international mentoring program that has coached over 300 young women. The participants have been selected from business, engineering, art and fashion schools, around the world. They are coached by Dior Mentors from the beginning of their careers, while building their professional experience, both in France and abroad.

WomenAtDior is a unique opportunity for the students to unlock the potential by developing your self-awareness, dare for their professional career and join an unique network.

Recruitment Process

WomenAtDior is an invitation only program.

All participants are selected on three criteria: talent, ambition and generosity.

They are all united in the notion that their professional success is related to the sorority.

How to apply:

For the first time, in 2019, a few students will be selected to be a part of the initiative through online applications. They will have to demonstrate their uniqueness to join the program.    

Schedule: 

During April 10-16: students send the resume and homework (it’s a must)

April 17, 2019: Dior inform students to participate in the selection

April 19, 2019: Interview Day

Middle May: Women's Power related activities held in Shanghai;

November: Follow up event held in Shanghai;

March 2020: Participate in the Diorinside event in Paris.

Homework requirements: “Share your point of view of Women Power and one related story you experienced” unlimited format (video/PPT/PDF...)
