About the Role:
Contribute meaningfully to upgrading our pricing capabilities, gradually incorporating more elements of AI to drive pricing decisions.
Support Didi ANZ’s operations team by diving into data analysis and market research to inform pricing strategies and customer experience improvements. This role suits an analytical thinker eager to translate numbers into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze survey data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities.
• Assist in market research projects, including for example pricing analysis, geo-analytics, etc..
• Support configuration tasks and setting up experiments in collaboration with the tech team.
• Conduct ad-hoc data pulls and modeling to evaluate the impact of pricing changes or campaigns, with an aim to gradually increase the level of sophistication of pricing

Requirements:
• Strong analytical skills - comfort working with datasets and deriving insights.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; fluency in SQL, Python, and tools like Tableau is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., correlation, segmentation).
• Currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Coursework or projects involving data analysis, survey design, or market research.
• Interest in pricing strategies, behavioral economics, or mobility trends.
