As part of our global lighthouse factory in Wuxi, you will help shape the future of data-driven operations, driving efficiency, quality, and innovation. • Lead AI-enabled manufacturing projects such as predictive maintenance, intelligent quality inspection, production planning, and process optimization. • Collect, clean, and analyze data from MES systems, equipment, sensors, and industrial data platforms. • Translate operational challenges into digital and AI solutions. • Support development and deployment of digital products (AI models, decision-support tools) in plant environments. • Collaborate with data scientists, automation engineers, and operations teams to ensure scalability and impact. • Rotate across plants and digital functions to gain an end-to-end understanding of smart factory operations.
