We are now building the growth organization in China wireless R&D center. 

You will

·       Participate in the following exciting activities as department assistants

·       Drive the organization strategies changing to learning organization

·       Educate and drive learning and growth attitude/culture throughout the organization

·       Introduce new learning method and good practices to the organization

·       Lead to develop self-driving, highly engaged virtual teams

·       Drive the new employee training program with learning and growth attitude

·       Support design team on employee competence improvement and new employee hiring

To be successful in the role you are

·       Couraged to meet challenges and the ability to adapt to changes quickly

Other requirements

·       Senior/ postgraduate 1/ postgraduate 2 is preferred

·       6 months internship, 5 days’ work per week is preferred
