Responsibilities
Be responsible for supporting HRBP daily work, such as headhunter management, recruiting channels management, talent mapping and sourcing etc.
Support the overseas recruiting work, include learning position demands, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, information management, and other duties related to the job.
Align with the Human Resources team to determine key skills, background and attributes of the ideal candidate. Quickly and accurately understand the recruitment needs.
Maintain effective communication with business departments and follow up recruitment results and process feedback closely.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
Undergraduates or Masters graduating in 2021 and beyond. Business majors are preferred, but major is not a strict requirement.
Someone who learns fast, works hard, and has strong sense of responsibility, down-to-earth work attitude and pressure resistance.
Someone who can practice continuously for more than 3 months and attend 4 days or more per week.
