1)      confirm milk volume of each load daily. This work needs he/she to contact 14 transport companies and sometimes customers to get confirmed volume each day,

2)      change the volume into the one confirmed in SAP, and make sure the volume in SAP changed is correct. This needs skilful operation of SAP.

3)      he/she is also able to find the wrong SOs and ask the relevant TA to correct them in SAP.
