职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities: Ÿ Legal research; Ÿ Legal documents initial drafting, review and translation; documents filling/maintenance; Ÿ Corporate governance/legal projects; Ÿ Other legal / compliance assignments and routine logistics; Ÿ Cross-functional support other business legal function (e.g. Aero Space, Mining, Transpiration, and others) Ÿ Some ad hoc tasks as needed. Requirements: Ÿ Top Tier Law school students in Shanghai; Ÿ Excellent English and Chinese language skills; Ÿ Creative and efficient working style; Ÿ Able to work at least 4 days a week.
