Roles and Responsibilities:

1． Support for purchasing orders in SAP.

2． Supporting contract management in SRM system.

3． Supplier data maintenance in PMD system.

4． Request quotations from external suppliers.

5． Maintain supplier white lists.

6． Administrative work: contract filing, workshop or meeting material preparation etc.

7． Other support tasks for the department.

Requirements:

1.      Willingness and security to work fulltime (at least 3 days/week) for 6 months.

2.      Fluent English both in speaking and writing (at least CET-6, will do translation work and phone calls overseas).

3.      Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word).

4.      Strong logic ability and analysis ability, engineering background preferred.

5.      Will be graduated after 2019(2019 is concluded)
