岗位职责/Responsibility

1.作为康明斯中国控制团队一员，开发先进的柴油机电控系统，包括应用层软件，系统集成，硬件匹配和标定集成与发放。

The controls engineer will work within the China controls team to develop advanced diesel engine controls system.

2.作为全球团队的成员之一，与国内及全球其他技术职能部门紧密协作，致力于使发动机产品达到严苛的排放要求和客户性能要求。

Work closely with other technical functions both inside China and globally, as part of the global team to develop advanced electronic engine products to meet latest emission requirements.

3.标定发动机控制系统以满足设计要求。

Calibrate engine control system to meet design requirements.

4.开发及执行核准验证计划以确保产品满足康明斯设计目标。

Develop and execute verification and validation plans to ensure the products meet Cummins design targets.

5.解决开发及应用电控发动机中的种种问题。

Solve problems during development and application of the electronic engines.

6.支持内部及外部客户的培训和排查、解决问题。

Support internal and external customers on training, trouble shooting and problem solving.

要求/Qualification

1.2019年毕业本科生或研究生；发动机，汽车，机电一体化，控制等相关专业

BS/MS in Internal Combustion engines, or automotive engineering or electronics engineering, or related technical fields.

2.有志于长期从事技术类工作，特别是工程开发工作

Has the engagement to deep dive technical work, especially in engineering development.

3.敏锐的工程思维能力和良好的自学能力

Engineering thinking acumen and self-study capability

4.有柴油机或者汽油发动机控制系统相关的课题经验或工作经验，或者其它类似的汽车电子控制系统经验

Better to understand of embedded controls software, controls theory, such as PID controller, engine performance, emission and after treatment system.

5.英语水平良好

Excellent written and spoken English skills.
