岗位职责

Job Responsibilities

-为投资者和开发商提供投资机会和具体项目分析；

- Providing investors and developers with investment opportunities and specific project analysis

-市场调研、收集整理新市场讯息、为客户提供各类物业市场分析研究数据、财务测算；

- Conducting market research, collecting and collating the latest market information, providing customers with various types of property market analyses data and financial calculation;

-帮助客户做投资部署和决定，并解答关于物业投资上的疑问；

- Assisting customers to make investment deployment and decision, and answering questions about property investment;

任职资格：

Job Requirements

-本科或本科以上学历，专业不限；

- Bachelor degree or above, majors are not limited

-熟悉或了解重庆房地产市场；

- Familiar with Chongqing real estate market;

-英语6级以上；

- CET-6 or above

-熟悉ppt，word及Excel等软件；

- Familiar with ppt, word and Excel software;

-具有较强的文字表达能力和语言表达能力；

- Having a strong ability of writing and language expression;

-责任心强、工作踏实专一、能承受一定工作压力。

- Having a strong sense of responsibility, being sing-minded and steadfast in work and able to withstand working pressure
