·       Support country wise staffing activities from intern recruitment to early selections for experienced hiring which will give you an overview on the hiring process and foster capability in early stage interviews

·       Get familiar to different hiring channels and learn how to use direct search

·       Support supervisor on recruitment projects and daily operations

·       Work with production supervisor to build up line operator talent pool

·       Build up and Manage the local recruiting channels such as vocational school, TEDAHR, dispatch vendor Brains in Tianjin

·       Manage the full cycle of recruiting process regarding to line operator roles

Job Requirements:
