Key Responsibilities: 1.合同管理 参与合同模板库的整理与更新， 优化合同审批管理流程。 2.法律文件支持 整理归档法律文件，建立电子化法律文档库。 协助处理工商登记、证照变更等行政类法律事务。 3.法律研究与咨询 针对零售行业相关法律问题进行案例检索与法律研究 支持业务部门日常法律咨询，提供基础风险提示。 4.合规与风控 协助开展公司内部合规检查，识别潜在法律风险并提出改进建议。 协助修订公司内部规章制度。 5.知识产权管理 协助商标、版权等知识产权申请及维护工作。 6.其他支持 Skills: 法学专业（民商法方向）本科/研究生在读，通过法律职业资格考试优先。 每周能至少保证工作2-3天 熟悉《民法典》《公司法》《劳动合同法》《消费者权益保护法》等法律法规，对零售行业法律问题有一定了解。 熟练使用办公软件，具备基础法律文书写作能力。 逻辑清晰，具备较强的信息检索与分析能力。 开朗乐观，沟通表达能力良好 踏实靠谱，责任心强 学习能力强，对商业逻辑敏感，愿意深入业务一线。 有律所、企业法务实习经验优先。
