岗位职责:
1. Training set-up and logisitics, not limited to training room reservation, coordination, feedback collection
2. On-boarding /off-boarding support
3. Monthly office supplies Purchase for sales offices and RHQ.
4. Weekly and monthly payment requests.
5. Assist in organizing company activities, such as team building, happy hour and so on.
6. Othe HR & admin tasks
任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree, majors are unlimited, senior students are preferred.
2. Proficiency in office software, such as word, excel and PPT.
3. Good communication, sense of responsibility
4. Basic written and reading English skill.
