Job Responsibility: 1.Understand and accept company culture, management regulations, and systems related to trainee program 2.Cooperate with coaching staff to complete the programe, and strive to achieve company objectives and satisfactorying assessment 3.Good understanding of relevant SICK product & system based/ extended solution offer 4.Be capable to do some software-extended integration & engineering 5.Gaining an insight into different product divisions by changing departments 6.Optional assignments in national or international SSUs 7.Systematic training in different technologies, development tools and methods of project management 8.Understanding of bonding time after closure of the program(e.g. 3 years) 9.pay-back clause for trainee program in case of breach of the trainning agreement Job Requirement: 1.Education level:Master or above, preferable with computer application technology, electronics and electrical engineering, industrial automation relevant background. 2.Knowledge:Comprehensive product  knowledge, vision/bar code reader/RFID/safety etc. 3.Work experience:without work experience 4.English:CET 6, very good command in reading, writing and oral English. 5.Softwares:Excellent in Excel and good command in Word,PPT and Windows 6.Personal Attribute:Authenticity, Willingness to Learn, Responsibility 7.Certifications: PMP/ Negotiation etc.
