To support retail operation team in the day to day management of PUMA retail business and provide necessary clerical support duties as designated.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, Retail Operation and finance team to ensure retail stores invoice is managed timely; deal new store contract or renewed contract.
Support for Puma retail stores such as apply for documents, seal and so on.
Collect market information from stores; summarize monthly report.
Manage all aspects of the store administration including stationery and supplies (shopping bag, uniform) and monitor store usage.
