Job Description:
1. Support the Brose CN/IT team in maintaining hardware (HP, Canon, etc), software (Microsoft Office, Windows 10, etc), and other systems( Printing system, basic SAP, etc)
2. Support Brose China IT hotline during business hours for both remote and onsite support.
3. Assist with Brose CN/IT team to do troubleshooting and provide technical support (hardware or software issues)
4. Organize and maintain IT resources (Laptops, desktops, cellphone and IT storage room organization)
5. IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
Requirements:
1. Major in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
2. Familiar Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10 and Apple IOS
3. Strong verbal and written communication
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work well in teams
6. Strong work ethic and attention to detail
7. Good English communication skills
8. Can work 3 days from Mon. to Fri.
9. Grade 2 or 3
