-Meeting arrangement & minutes taking
-Provide logistics support for visitors, support to prepare agenda and related arrangements
-Facility management and system process(meeting room, expense claim etc)
-Organize department activity (team building, sports meeting, annual dinner, etc)
-Support HRBP for human resource management tasks (Data collection, reporting and etc.)
-Other tasks assigned by department managers and HRBP
-Fluent English (Oral & Written) and good communication
-Good at organizing and planning
-Proactive
-Understand mulit-national culture
-PC Software: skillful on office software( Power point, Excel , Word etc)
