Department MissionEnsure ATJ's compliance with EHS, security, and fire protection regulations to prevent legal and reputational risks.Protect employee rights and minimize occupational health, safety, and emergency risks.Safeguard company property against theft and crises.Drive green development and resource conservation.Key ResponsibilitiesEHS & Occupational Health: Assist in on-site safety inspections and occupational hazard testing (e.g., dust, noise). Support employee occupational health exams and record management.Lab Support: Assist with physicochemical testing and maintain laboratory 5S standards.Technical Translation: Translate and proofread EHS training materials, procedures, and regulatory documents in English/German.Data Management: Collect, input, and verify EHS data to ensure accuracy and traceability.General Support: Coordinate meetings, assist with reception, and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Preventive Medicine, or related STEM fields.Technical Knowledge: Solid foundation in chemistry/physics; strong awareness of industrial safety and environmental protection; familiarity with EHS regulations is a plus.Language Skills: Strong English reading and writing skills for technical documentation. German proficiency is highly preferred.Soft Skills: High sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, persistence, and meticulous attention to detail.Integrity: High ethical standards, strict compliance with rules, and a value-driven mindset.
