职位描述：

1. Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)主要工作目标（岗位简介）

Support NRDL cold chain product in country testing progress tracking and supportive action if needed.支持NRDL冷链产品在药品检验所的检测进度追踪和后续的跟进措施（如需要）。

New biotech product launch related analytical technology assessment and support.大分子产品新产品引进相关的检测技术评估和技术支持。

2. Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任

1. Understand NRLD cold chain product in country testing process, and visually tracking testing progress.了解NRDL冷链产品的进口和检测流程，可视化的追踪产品的检测和放行进度。

2. Internal communication on progress of planning, sampling, testing, release, etc. Externally communication on progress of testing and report if necessary.支持实验室经理对内沟通产品的计划、取样、检测、放行等进度，必要时，支持实验室经理对外沟通检测和报告的进度。

3. Support lab manager to assess analytical method & specification risk of new products, to support new product launch. 支持实验室经理对大分子新产品的检验方法和检测标准进行评估，分析新产品引进存在的检测相关的风险。

4. Other supporting work to biotech lab.大分子实验室其他相关的支持工作。

3.Qualification and Experience 能力与经验

Education 教育程度

University undergraduate or above. 大学本科在读或以上。

Biology, pharmaceutical or chemistry related subject.生物、制药或化学相关专业

Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力

Must be professional proficient in both English and Chinese. 必须熟练使用英语和汉语。

Must master Microsoft Office suite (Powerpoint, Excel and Word). Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and Project or Minitab is preferred. 必须精通微软Office软件（Powerpoint、Excel、Word）。熟练使用微软Visio和Project或Minitab者优先。

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. 的口头和书面沟通交往能力。

Self-motivated, deep desire of self-development through the project. 自我激励，有强烈的通过项目来自我发展的愿望。
