【Key Job Accountabilities 】
-Job Purpose
The Commercial Intern for Travel Retail provides critical operational and administrative support to the Travel Retail team. This role serves as a facilitator between L'Oréal and its retail partners, ensuring smooth communication and data flow. The intern will focus on the execution of commercial administrative processes, from assortment updates to logistics claims, helping to maintain high service levels and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
1. Catalog & Communication Management (Newsletters & Assortment)
• Manage monthly updates for all retailers, including the distribution of Marketing Books and updated Product Specifications.
• Ensure retailers have the latest High Profile (HP) information and assortment details to maintain brand consistency.
2. Regulatory & Operational Support (Customs Clearance)
• Act as a point of contact for retailers regarding customs clearance documentation.
• Ensure timely responses to all retailer requests to facilitate the smooth movement of goods across borders.
3. Stock & Resource Coordination (FOC/Testers)
• Consolidate monthly demands for testers (Free of Charge/FOC) from specific accounts (e.g., ML and HN).
• Upload consolidated requirements to the FOM system accurately and within designated timelines.
4. Financial & Pricing Administration (Credit Notes)
• Liaise with Retail Managers (RMs) to confirm Sales Order (SO) results.
• Partner with the Pricing Team to initiate Credit Note (CN) requests and ensure final documents are shared with the relevant retailers.

• Education: Background in any related field of study such as Business Administration, Marketing etc
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel (essential for data consolidation, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables).
• Communication: Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
