冬季实习期招生计划： 2026 年 9 月至 12 月 实习亮点 • 于亚洲风投机构与前台团队工作 • 近距离接触一线投资人与优秀创业者， 深入学习行业前沿思维与实战经验 • 深度参与美元基金的工作流程， 感受国际化视野下的投资逻辑 • 与高管 1:1 mentorship， 灵活办公模式（ 线下+线上相结合） • 与顶尖科学家、 企业家及投资人直接协作 • 快速积累行业认知与商业实战经验 工作职责 • 全流程参与项目尽调与创始人访谈， 支持投资全流程： 行业研究、 技术尽调、 财务建模、 交易执行 • 跟踪全球所需行业创新趋势， 撰写技术/市场分析报告， 为团队提供专业学术支持（ 文献解读、 专利分析等） • 协助投资组合管理： 监测项目里程碑， 协调产学研资源 • 协助策划组织各领域行业论坛/科普活动 任职要求 • 本科三年级及以上学历， 硕士、 博士优先 • 学科领域： – 生物化学/生物技术/制药工程/合成生物学 – AI/CS 相关专业、 理工专业 – 以上专业+金融复合背景优先 – 有趣、 跨领域背景， 或有创业经历者亦会优先考虑 • 热爱VC/PE 行业， 基础扎实， 擅长数据分析与研究推理， 注重细节， 具备强烈的学习动力与责任感 • 中英文双语流利、 具备良好的英文读写与工作沟通能力 • 会粤语会有更多到香港出差活动交流机会 • 须具备实习经验： 创业公司、 投资机构、 咨询公司或大型公司战略部 • 冬季实习期： 2026 年 9 月至 12 月； 可实习至少 3 个月， 优先考虑可实习满整个学期； 每周 5 天， 可灵活时间安排 成长路径 为优秀实习生提供清晰的成长路径： 表现优秀且通过评估与最终面试的实习生， 在实习后将获得全职投资岗位的转正 机会， 与我们一起挖掘下一代科技变革的核心力量。 Internship Highlights • Work with the front-office team at a leading Asian venture capital firm • Gain direct exposure to top investors and outstanding entrepreneurs; develop cutting-edge industry insights and practical experience • Participate deeply in USD fund workflows, experiencing investment logic from a global perspective • 1:1 mentorship with senior leadership; flexible work arrangement (hybrid on-site + remote) • Collaborate directly with world-class scientists, entrepreneurs, and investors • Accelerate your industry knowledge and hands-on commercial experience Responsibilities • End-to-end participation in due diligence and founder interviews; support the full investment cycle: industry research, technical DD, financial modelling, and deal execution • Track global innovation trends across relevant sectors; draft technical/market analysis reports and provide academic support (literature review, patent analysis, etc.) • Assist with portfolio management: monitor project milestones and coordinate industry-academia-research resources • Help plan and organise industry forums and science outreach events Requirements • Bachelor's Year 3 or above; Master's or PhD preferred • Academic disciplines: – Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical Engineering / Synthetic Biology – AI / Computer Science / STEM – Finance cross-disciplinary background preferred – Interesting, cross-disciplinary profiles or prior entrepreneurial experience will also be prioritised • Passionate about VC/PE; strong foundations in data analysis and research reasoning; detail-oriented with a strong drive to learn • Fluent in both English and Chinese with excellent reading, writing, and professional communication skills • Cantonese speakers will have additional opportunities for business trips and networking events in Hong Kong • Prior internship experience required: startup, investment firm, consulting firm, or corporate strategy division • Winter internship term: September to December 2026; minimum 3-month commitment, full-semester preferred; 5 days/week with flexible scheduling Career Path We offer a clear growth trajectory for outstanding interns: those who demonstrate excellence and pass evaluation
