2.Literature review on failure mechanism in adhesion field

Job Responsibilities:  Investigation on color retention of phenolic resin  Identify chemicals which can work on color retention of phenolic resin  Collect raw materials and do DOE, to find effective chemicals above and define the best content  Performance validation based on above formulation with the adding of effective chemicals  Literature review on failure mechanism in adhesion field  Do literature review on the scope of failure mechanism in adhesion field  Write report and make presentation to introduce the work

Job Requirements:   Bachelor or Master major in polymer, chemistry or material science with analytical chemistry skill  Communication willing and skill, oral & written English, native Chinese speaker  Creative, logic and analytic thinking, strong hand-on ability  Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility   Can work for 5 days per week
