About the Role We are seeking a motivated and technology-driven intern to support the R&D IT team in maintaining critical R&D applications while contributing to data analytics and AI innovation initiatives. The intern will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and AI project teams to enhance operational efficiency and accelerate digital transformation across Research & Development functions. Key Responsibilities Core Responsibilities • Support daily operation and maintenance of R&D business applications. • Participate in application testing, user support, issue tracking, and documentation. • Assist with system enhancements, release verification, and user training activities. • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. Track A: Data Analytics & BI • Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI. • Support data modeling, ETL/data pipeline development, and data quality validation. • Analyze R&D operational data and generate reports for business stakeholders. • Work with SQL databases, Azure Data Platform, or other analytics technologies. Track B: AI & Agent Engineering • Support implementation of GenAI and Agentic AI use cases across R&D functions. • Build and maintain AI Assistants, Copilot-based solutions, and knowledge chatbots. • Develop and test AI Skills, prompts, workflows, and agent orchestration logic. • Assist in knowledge base preparation, RAG implementation, and document indexing. • Evaluate emerging LLM technologies and contribute to proof-of-concept projects. • Participate in AI governance, testing, and performance monitoring activities. Qualifications Required • Bachelor's or Master's student in: o Computer Science o Information Systems o Data Science o Artificial Intelligence o Bioinformatics o Software Engineering • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and documentation abilities. • Ability to learn new technologies quickly. • Proficient in English reading and technical documentation. Preferred for Technical Stack （Option） • Experience with: o Power BI o SQL o Python o ETL/Data Modeling • Understanding of: o Large Language Models (LLM) o Prompt Engineering o RAG Architecture o Multi-Agent Systems o Harness Engineering o Skill/MCP/ o Agent Development Frameworks • Experience building AI applications or hackathon AI projects is a plus.
