Responsibilities:
· Coordinate to IT train operator and evaluate training efficiency, assist to prepare the training material, such as user guide, FAQ (translation, adjusting document format, assisting in recording audio/video material, draw diagrams/flow charts, etc.)
· Assist to / Conduct IT orientation/application system for new interns and new employees.
· According to the request of the Trainer, create and collect training feedback questionnaires.
· Participate in application system testing, collection and summary, data cleaning, etc.
· Organize internal knowledge management website and documents of ER service management team, including email summary, internal training materials, meeting minutes, etc.
· Summarize the internal work report of ER service management team
· Other work assigned by the team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
A good team player with good inter-personal and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong business acumen and sound accounting knowledge would be a plus
Excellent in oral and written communication in English.
