Role: - Assist HR Business Partner to support HQ Departments on daily HR work. Responsibilities: - Support on daily HR routine work; - Support on generation of monthly reports; - Support on performance management implementation; - Support on talent/organization capability program;
-Support on E-approval system org chart maintain
Requirements: - Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese a must; - Bachelor Degree & above; - Good English skills, both in spoken and written; - Good in Excel skill , vlookup , pivotable, etc.; - Detail oriented & quick learner; - Can work 3-4 days per week; - HR internship experience in multinational companies is preferred.
