主要工作职责

l  追踪发电机组直销项目合同执行

l  完成项目节点执行情况跟踪

l  与供应商进行沟通完成相关付款工作

l  进行票务管理、合同审批、合同归档等工作

l  其他项目相关工作内容执行

任职要求

l  本科或以上学历

l  有清晰的逻辑性思维

l  能够积极主动与人沟通

l  每周3天，保证至少4个月的实习期

Key Responsibility

l  Complete internal process related to Project/Contract approval.

l  Manage the process around project revenue forecasts and invoicing in accordance with Revenue Recognition and Credit policies of Cummins;

l  Create and manage all customer orders on the business system including all inventory items, subcontractor costs and invoicing;

l  Follow up key milestones of each project to ensure achieve delivery, acceptance and revenue recognition on schedule;

l  Manage all commercial document of direct project contract;

l  Monthly meeting for DS (direct sales) and DA(direct account) project execution team.

Requirements

l  Bachelor or above degree, prefer Finance, Engineering major

l  Work actively with strong initiative

l  Good communication and execution skill

l  At least 3 days a week, 4months
