Key Objective and Scope of the Position Understanding the basic working principle of EE Penthouse in Gen6 Battery development. Support the E/E activities based on the understanding of vehicle (architecture relevant: ECUs, CAN bus communication, etc), focus on the Mini HiL maintenance and E/E documentation and knowledge transfer in the intensive Gen6 leading vehicle launch period. Major Responsibilities • HIL maintenance: 1) The parts ordering and tracking for sample switches: now we are @B2, and plan to have C1 this year 2) The wire harness connection and basic pinning for communication 3) Repeat functional tests • Documentations: 1) Support to maintain the E/E confluence pages 2) Failure cases summary from JIRA side 3) Support to update the failure analysis test procedures. Scope of Communication/Negotiation Internal: Frequent contact with BMW departments in China and Munich. External: Frequent contact with BMW suppliers. Qualification •Students (Undergraduates/Graduates in College) with automotive, mechanical, electrical, communication engineering background. •Fluency in English, for both written and oral. • Experience with vector, python is a plus. •Good MS Office skills.
