Conduct user research, including user interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and pain points. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and clients from all around the world, to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience throughout the design process. Iterate and refine designs based on feedback, user testing, and research findings. 【Requirements:】 Currently pursuing a degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. Strong passion for UX design and a keen interest in B2B cases. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma. Basic understanding of user research techniques and methodologies. Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in English to a certain extent. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to feedback. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
