As a People Insights Intern, you will be guided by Organizational Scientists
to perform applied psychology and/or organizational behavior research and
uncover data insights to better understand, attract, hire, engage and retain
the people that make Roche a great company and employer. As an ideal candidate,
you are able to contribute to various empirical research projects and
successfully drive and deliver one project at the end of the internship.
Key Responsibilities

Search for academic literature on research topics of interest and conduct
literature reviews
*
Collaborate with Organizational Scientists to design research models and
surveys with validated item scales to measure critical aspects of the employee
experience
*
Analyze survey and people data and summarize research findings
*
Develop and maintain a research item pool
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
*
Currently a full-time graduate student in a Master or PhD program; we only
consider students in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology
(Work and Occupational Psychology), Organizational Behavior, Human Resource
Management
*
Willing to commit to the intern position for at least three months, with the
possibility of a longer internship available, and able to commit at least 24
hours a week, remote or on-site
*
Have good knowledge and hands-on experience on psychometrics and research
methods in psychology
*
Familiar with statistical programming (i.e., R or Python) is a must
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*
Willing to learn and get hands-on experience
*
Proficient in English in academic and applied settings
