Job description
Assist on
CRM data analysis, pre-process relevant data for monthly CRM reports
Manage
data quality related requirements, provide monthly updates and summary
Work with
retail team to handle customer requests and complete system operations
Support
team on event RSVP and event result tracking
Other
daily department administrative tasks
Requirements & Capabilities
Strong
Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in using Power BI, python, SQL is a
plus
Excellent
communication skills, well-organized, detail-minded with strong ownership
Relevant
industry or data related internship experience is preferred
Fluent in
both written and spoken English
Minimum 3
days per week, and 4-6 months
