RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To assist supervisors in the development of sales administration procedures and system
• To design appropriate formats for implementation by sales teams
• To ensure that datelines for reports submission are met
• To establish appropriate filing system to track sales performance
• To be responsible for the consolidation of Stock and Depletion Reports, Promotion Evaluation Report
• To assist supervisors in the tracking of trade marketing spending and ensure that expenses are within guidelines and budgets
• To take ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
REQUIREMENTS:
• Good communication skills, logical thinking, good excel skills
• College or above
• Min 4 days/week
