Daily operation of Legal Intern:

• Assistance in company chop management;

• Assistance in legal entity Qualification maintenance;

• Assistance in company certificate management;

• Translation of legal related documents;

• Performing legal research as assigned by Legal Counsel;

• Other legal related work or task assigned by Legal Counsel.

 

法务实习生日常工作:

•协助管理公司印章;

•协助维护法人资格;

•协助管理公司资质证书;

•法律相关文件的翻译;

•执行法律顾问指派的法律研究工作;

•完成法律顾问指派的其他法律相关工作或任务。

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, law-related major;

• Sophomore or the first year of master is preferred;

• Applicant with legal qualification certificate is preferred;

• Good English skills in both oral and written;

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

 

任职要求:

•本科及以上学历，法律相关专业;

•大二或硕士一年级优先;

•具有法律资格证书者优先;

•良好的英语听说读写能力;

•的沟通和协调能力。
