About this Position (Job Summary) :
- We are looking for a motivated Digital Communication Intern to support digital communication and enablement activities. In this role, you will create clear, engaging, and user-focused content to drive awareness and adoption of digital tools and initiatives across the organization. This position offers hands-on experience in digital transformation projects and the opportunity to collaborate with international, cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities / Accountabilities) :
1. Create and refine communication materials such as SharePoint pages, emails, and intranet articles.
2. Work closely with Product Owners to simplify complex or technical topics into clear, user-friendly messages.
3. Design structured and visually appealing content (e.g., presentations, infographics, one-pagers) using tools like PowerPoint and Canva.
4. Support content publishing and maintenance on platforms such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
5. Assist in planning and executing communication campaigns for digital tools and initiatives.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and ensure consistent messaging.
7. Track basic performance metrics (e.g., views, clicks) and support reporting activities.
What makes you a good fit (Required Qualifications& Skills and Desired Experience) :
1. Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
3. Ability to translate complex information into simple, easy-to-understand content.
4. Skilled in PowerPoint, with a good sense of structure and visual storytelling.
5. Familiar with Canva or similar tools for creating clear, effective visuals.
6. Basic understanding of digital communication channels (email, intranet, Teams, SharePoint).
7. Proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
