REQUIREMENT 岗位要求

1.       Bachelor or higher degree in mechanical engineering/Automation;

本科及以上机械工程/自动化背景

2.       Familiar with mechanical design, drawing and tolerance; or familiar with electrical control, PLC and sensor technology;

熟悉机械设计、工程制图和公差等；或熟悉电气控制、PLC和各种传感检测技术

3.       Passion, easy to communicate and hands on;

对工作有激情，容易沟通，愿意实操

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES主要责任

1.       Assist the engineers to complete the JIDOKA equipment’s capability study and validation plan

跟工程师一起执行并完成JIDOKA的性能研究和验证计划

2.       Track the equipment running in the production line

跟踪并统计处理生产数据

3.       Analyze the problems in production, find out the causes and provide proposals

分析设备不良原因，并提供解决办法建议

4.       Collect and analyze equipment production data

统计并分析设备数据

5.       Provide proposals on the current process flow and equipment parameter

针对目前流程和参数提供优化建议和方案

6.       Design and complete some validation tests

设计和完成验证测试

7.       If necessary, design small mechanical tools using CERO

如果需要使用CERO设计小的工装夹具

8.       Draft the equipment WI and PM manual

撰写设备的WI和保养手册

9.       Other tasks assigned by engineers
