Descriptions:

1.Review commercial contracts in English and in Chinese; 审阅中英文商务合同；

Requirements:

1.Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week during semesters, and full-time in summer and winter holidays; 平时每周保证至少三天的工作量，寒暑假期间全职；

2.Fluent in both oral and written English; 流利的英文口语和书面表达；

3.Outstanding academic credentials from a reputable school with a law degree will be a plus; 优先考虑的法学院学生；

4.Proficient in MS office tools; 精通电脑操作，尤其是 office软件；

5.Team player and self-motivated; 有独立工作和团队合作的精神；

6.Good communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的沟通技巧。
