- Accept booking from customer or overseas Kuehne + Nagel.
- Booking with carrier or subcontractor to make sure departure timely
- Communicate with subcontractor for stuffing, customs clearance, pick up issue.
- Provide checking list to customer for charge confirmation.
- Make sure CIEL (Computer Integrated External Logistics) status correctly input.
- Make sure to revert e-mail to internal or external within 24 hours.
- Customer Service will input cost sheet to hand over to Documentation for further handling.
- Customer Service will accrue cost correctly in CIEL and issue correct profit share/loss share to overseas.
- Customer Service will do file closing in month end.
- Other issues nominated by department manager

- 大三、大四在校生,专业不限(国际商务、物流管理专业优先) - 熟练使用Office等办公软件 - 责任心强,做事认真
- 每周至少可以保证4天全天出勤
