Brief Overview of Role:
The Business Development team is responsible for the operation and growth of a wide portfolio of enrichment programmes, including paid CCAs, weekend courses, holiday camps and external partnership programmes, under the brand name of Dulwich Youth.
As a BD Intern, this person will be involved in front-line programme operations and customer conversion, gaining hands-on exposure to how educational programmes are promoted, matched and delivered in an international school environment.
This role is ideal for students who wish to develop a systematic understanding of programme development and operation, content-driven lead generation and customer experience management.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
2. Well-organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
3. Strong written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
5. Basic design or video editing skills (e.g. Canva, Capcut剪映) are an advantage.
6. Strong learning ability and execution skills, able to work effectively within defined processes.
