Responsibility of the position: Provide and deliver full spectrum of secretarial and administrative duties as and when required including: Manage calendars and set up meetings Make travel and accommodation arrangements, co-ordinate on the visit program and prepare travel agenda Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports Take minutes during meetings Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Process BIP (requisition of stationery, payment request ….) Prepare documents & presentation materials (PowerPoint; excel, word) Signature, company survey management, Reimbursement management Contratech management (collecting, summarizing, uploading…) Documents management (tracing, borrowing, filing…);
Skill & technical competence: - Good application skill of word, excel, power point - Very good communication and effective interaction skills - Sense of planning and organizing Essential behavior competence: - Sense of responsibility - Attention to Detail
