岗位职责(具体工作内容)
1. Deep Involvement in Grocery Business Operations:
Actively participate in the day-to-day operations of our grocery business, with a primary focus on managing financial projects for merchants; Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to optimize merchant profitability and operational efficiency.
2. Communication with Spanish-speaking Merchants:
Engage with merchants in the Spanish-speaking regions to address billing and settlement matters; Provide clear and timely communication regarding financial transactions, ensuring that all parties are well-informed and satisfied.
3. Collaboration with Merchant Management and Product Teams:
Work closely with our merchant management and product teams to ensure timely and accurate settlements for all merchants; Assist in identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to billing and financial reporting; Contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial processes and systems.

1. Proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.
2. Basic understanding of financial concepts and principles.
