Responsibilities(职责):
Sheet metal parts design for excavator/wheel loader cab (挖掘机和装载机驾驶室钣金零部件设计).
Plastic and rubber parts design for excavator/wheel loader cab (挖掘机和装载机驾驶室塑料和橡胶零部件设计).
Excavator and wheel loader cab’s BOM management (挖掘机和装载机驾驶室零件明细管理).
Ergonomic study and cab layout optimization, like switches, levers, joysticks, handles, displays’ position optimization (人体工程学研究及驾驶室内布置优化,如开关,推杆,手柄,把手,显示屏等布置优化).
New technology study: include but not limit to new technology status and development trends study, also application feasibility study, like head up display, 3D Print, NVH, new material… (新技术研究: 包括但不限于新技术现状及发展趋势, 以及应用可行性分析, 比如抬头显示, 3D 打印, 噪音/震动/声振粗糙度, 新材料等).
Documentation work(文档性工作).
Key competence and skills(能力与技能):
Solid knowledge within one or duplicated areas as: mechanical design, mold design, material engineering/science like metallic/polymer material, welding… (在机械设计,模具设计,材料工程与科学 (金属和高分子材料,焊接…) 等一个或多个领域具备扎实的理论知识).
Good at self-motivation and learning, willing to learn new thing (良好的自我激励和学习能力,愿意接受新事物).
Good at communication and collaboration, be active and team player (善于沟通和协作,积极主动并具备团队合作精神).
Good at English (spoken, writing, reading). (良好的英语口语,写作及阅读能力)
CAD software: skilled in at least one CAD tool as: Catia, Creo, UG (至少熟练掌握Catia,Creo, UG 中的一种三维绘图软件).
Basic knowledge and skills of FEA analysis (具备基本的有限元分析知识和能力).
Skilled in office software like excel, PowerPoint, and photoshop is a plus. (熟练使用excel, PowerPoint 等办公软件,熟练使用photoshop者更佳)
Plus points(加分项):
Third year undergraduate and second year graduated students are preferred (大三及研二以上在校生优先考虑).
Available for coming 6 months, at least 3 days one week (可在未来6个月工作,每周至少工作3天).
Project management knowledge is preferred (具备项目管理知识者优先).
