Job Description: 1. Centralized Controlling China: Maintain and develop shared service tasks of controlling in China. Execute centralized controlling existing processes of monthly closing, GECOS and other defined tasks. Ensure high quality and on time results of centralized Share Service Center tasks. 2. Standardized reporting: Regular releasing & maintaining regional reporting with basic commentary, which covering all-controlling functions or cross-function department. 3. Project Controlling Central Functions and Procurement Requests: Responsible for controlling steps in project requests and procurement request of regional central functions. Ensure compliance with Brose organizational instructions as well as group-wide controlling guidelines 4. Further development: Develop and continuously improving regional template and tools. Continuously scanning of regional controlling processes to drive further efficiency improvement chances. Job Requirements: 1. Microsoft Office (esp. Excel, PowerPoint)
