职位描述：

Description：

Filing BP case related materials including but not limited to sighting report, case summary, H&A/JV authentication confirming letter/email, OIA communication emails on BP share folder as litigation hold

Maintain BP case database on daily basis and draft weekly report for manager review

Support on supplier (H&A) travel reimbursement list and receipts check

Support on OIA payment and receipts checking

Support on OIA historical payment clearance

Back office support (DD, IRF, PO, PR, cross-functional support/follow-up, etc）

Qualification：

At lease 3 months' internship

Need to be in office at least 2 days a week

Excel and PPT is preferred

English writing is preferred
