2. Very good spoken and written English or decent English and the ability to learn fast. 英语流利，可作为工作语言。或者英文比较熟练，但可以较快获得英文水平提升。

    

3. The ability to work in the evening rather than the morning: 2pm – 10 pm Monday – Friday. 工作时间为：星期一至星期五下午2点至晚上10点。

? Liaising between teachers in the UK and our client in China 协调中国客户及英国老师之间的各项事务。

    

? Making sure that the attendance rate is high, the missed class rate is low and that the program runs smoothly. 确保项目顺利运营，确保老师尽量高的出勤率和尽量低的缺勤率。
