Tasks
Travel Support to Airbus Helicopters China: (35%)
1. Providing flight and hotel booking support
2. Providing car rental support to Beijing/Shanghai offices
3. Visa & Invitation Letter support
4. Providing Invitation Letter for employees come from HQ
5. Supporting visa application issue for local employees
6. Providing travel guidance book (process & recommendations) and updating regularly
7. Coordinating with travel agency to provide monthly travel report
Office Support: (35%)
1. Managing office supply, including newspaper/magazine/business card of management/envelop/letter pad/stationary/etc.
2. Transfer phone calls and taking accurate messages
3. Pick-up customer/supplier at the entrance to corresponding offices
4. Sending/receiving express for AHC(EMS/DHL)
5. Supporting monthly bill checking for travel and administration spending
6. Coordinating with site managers if needed
Training Team Support: (40%)
1. Edit and manage a training plan
2. Schedule a training
3. Prepare the realization of a training
4. Follow the realization of a training
5. Follow the yearly training plan
6. Coordinate with AHTS or AHD or other subsidiaries
7. Follow on SAP: SO, PO, Invoicing… (finance basic knowledge should be an advantage)
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree of Business Admin., Language and related education background is a plus
2. Attention to details is a must
3. Strong communication skills, ability to listen and understand in English and Chinese
4. Efficient and rigor
5. Good team player
6. Interest in Aviation/Helicopters is a plus
