1.Responsible for spare & service quotations and orders processing. 负责配件及服务的报价及订单签收和录入工作。
2.Collect spare & service requests from sales managers and site engineers, follow up in time. 通过各种渠道收集配件及服务销售需求,及时跟进。
3.Communicate with related internal dept. for quotations and orders, including overseas headquarters. 针对配件相关事宜与公司内各相关部门沟通合作,包括德国总部。
4.Follow up; communicate with client to update information as well as payment collection. 跟踪订单状态,及时与用户沟通交货及收款事宜。
5.Service spare parts stock management. 售后服务配件库的管理
6.Other works arranged
