Job Responsibility

• Prepare food-grade emulsions, nanoemulsions or microemulsions, and characterize the physicochemical properties.

• Keep proper and timely records of experimental information and prepare lab reports.

Profile

• University or college graduate with a major in chemistry, polymer science, physics, food science or related field.

• Can work at least 3 days per week.

• Strong learning ability, logical thinking.

• Solid experimental laboratory skills.

• Good experimental habits, highly responsible, and good sense of lab safety.

• Basic knowledge of English.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.

• Good communication, team player.
