职位描述:

Responsibilities:

-       Assist data input/check in HR core systems (like HRMS)

-       Support the off-boarding process.

-       Support staff application of Shanghai Residence Permit and Hukou

-       Manage file retention

-       Perform other duties as assigned​

Requirements:

-       University/College student

-       Related internship experience is a plus

-       Can work 3-4 days/per week

-       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-       Change oriented and able to work under pressure.

-       Excellent English and Chinese, in both speaking and writing.

-       Proficient in MS Office usage, e.g. Power Point, Word, and Excel.​
