Position Description (Major tasks, Value added, Contribution context)
· Cooperate with payroll team to support time management process, such as employees’ leave record delete/ change via internal ticket system.
· Be responsible for updating & maintaining payroll data to complete monthly payroll process and support data analysis according to Business request.
· Provide response to all kinds of HR related question from employees by internal ticket system or email enquire.
· Assist with Employee Life Cycle team to manage the P- file documents, support to complete the related project.
· Support Compensation and Benefit team to complete some daily routine process, such as some logistical activity or employee communication session preparation for YOS, caring allowance and Covestment., etc
· Support Mobility team to collect related invoice and the daily expatriate employee invoice inquiry.
· Other duties or projects as assigned.
Qualifications and requirements:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s students.
· Proficient in MS Office(i.e. excel, word, ppt.) Good capability in English.
· Good communication skills and learning abilities.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Can work 6 months plus, 4 days per week.
